The PRODUCTS offered can only be delivered via Türkiye. It is not possible to place an order for any delivery address outside this ZONE. PRODUCTS are sent to the delivery addresses specified by the CUSTOMER during the ordering process.

Cargoes are delivered to the cargo company within 2 or 4 days. (Yunexpress) International Shipping.

Once shipped, it will be delivered to you within 5-16 business days.
Before preparing the order and then issuing the invoice, the current status of the products in stock is stated on our WEBSITE. It is understood that these periods exclude weekends or public holidays. Provided that the electronic address appearing on the registration form is correct, an electronic message will automatically be sent to the CUSTOMER when the PRODUCTS are shipped.

Delivery times and costs
During the ordering process, the SELLER informs the CUSTOMER of possible delivery times and formulas for the purchased PRODUCTS. Shipping cost is calculated based on the delivery method. If we do not offer free shipping, the amount of these costs will be paid by the CUSTOMER in addition to the price of the PRODUCTS purchased. DELIVERY TERMS
The package will be delivered to the CUSTOMER upon signature and presentation of an identification document. In case of absence, a delivery notification will be left to the CUSTOMER to ensure that he/she picks up his/her package at the post office.

DELIVERY Problems
The CUSTOMER is informed of the determined delivery date at the end of the online ordering procedure when he selects the carrier before confirming the order. It is stated that deliveries will be made within thirty (30) days at most. If this fails, CUSTOMER must give formal notice to SELLER to deliver within a reasonable time and may terminate the contract if delivery is not delivered within this time. SELLER will refund to CUSTOMER the total amount paid for the PRODUCTS, taxes and delivery costs, without undue delay upon receipt of the termination letter, using the same payment method used by CUSTOMER to purchase. SELLER is responsible until the delivery of the PRODUCT to the CUSTOMER. CUSTOMER is reminded that there is a three (3) day period within which CUSTOMER must notify the carrier of any damage or partial loss noted at the time of delivery.
